Postage: We will use 2nd class service to post the item, however, 1st class option is available when go through checkout.
Terms & Conditions
Postage:
l Royal mail 2nd class within the
l International postage we will use International small packet or International singed for service according to the order, please allow 15 days to deliver.
l We do combine postage for more than 1 item purchased; if you purchase more than 1 items please send us a request to combine postage and do not pay until you receive a combined invoice.
l We post items everyday, all orders placed and paid will before 1PM will be posted same day. We do not post on weekends.
Returns & Refund:
l We offer 14 days return policy. 14 days counts from the date you receive the product (not the date you start using the product)
l If you changed your minds after receiving product, please file a return request and post item back, we will refund you the item cost only (deduct postage we have paid, for free postage items we will also deduct the postage according to item’s weight)
l If item is faulty or wrong item received, please contact us first before leaving any feedback or sending back. Most cases we will reply your message within 24 hours.
l If return has been agreed please write a note with your ebayID, name, address, reason for return and request (exchange or refund), we will deal with your return accordingly.
l We will also reimburse the return postage if item you receive is faulty or wrong item received, however, we only reimburse the postage we’ve paid at first place. (for example, we post your item and it cost us £1, if item is faulty or wrong item received, you want an exchange, when we receive the returned item, we will only reimburse you £1 postage, no matter which service you’ve used)
l All returned items must have their original packing, we reserve the rights to charge 20% re-stocking fee.
Payment:
l We accept the following payment methods: Paypal; Personal Cheques (conditions apply); Postal Orders (conditions apply); Bank Transfers or Cash (collection in person only), we prefer Paypal.
l We do not accept personal cheques for item value (including postage) less than £10 and buyers must understand personal cheques takes a few days to clear before we dispatch the item.
l We only accept uncrossed postal orders for item value (including postage) less than £10, for items value greater than £10 you can send crossed postal orders.

l For bank transfers please contact us for bank details, International buyers please note we only accept British Sterling (no Euros or Dollars).
l We allow 7 days for payment after you committed to buy the item on eBay, after 4 days you will receive an automatic payment reminder if order is unpaid and after 7 days you will receive an unpaid strike without notice. If you have genuine reasons can not payment on time please contact us as soon as possible.
