WARRANTY/REFUND/RETURN
• 12 Months Back To Base Warranty from the date of purchase, which does not include any physical damage, user misuse and consumables.
• Replacement warranty for D.O.A. goods. Any dead on arrival claim has to be claimed within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, which does not include any physical damage. Please contact us via ebay.
• REFUND can only be provided where we are unable to supply the advertised product. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND IF A CUSTOMER CHANGE THEIR MIND. The shipping and insurance component is not refundable.
• Prior to returning any DOA or incorrectly supplied product, all products must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories, manuals and inclusions.
