We accept returns for unworn goods returned in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Returns must be notified and returned within 14 days of receipt   ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH EBAY TO BE ACCEPTED

Please send a cover note of why you are returning item (with item) along with your name and address. 

Once received item refund will be issued directly into the PayPal account. 

Please note postage charges are not refundable. 

We are happy to exchange the product within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is unworn, with all tags attached.

A further postage cost is applicable. 

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your peace of mind, we recommend that you use Royal Mail registered post.
