Regarding all international/out of country shipping:
We are not responsible for any international tax or tariff (duty) fees. We will not send product as a gift or sample, nor do we lower the custom fees purchase price. Shipping times very depending on location and customs.

RETURNS
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrectly shipped, we will also refund the postage cost.
