This is our listing for all types of upholstery twines & threads. Available in various lengths. 

Laid cord - Used for lashing & securing springs. Also known as flax twine, a good quality cord, slightly waxed smooth feel. Full ball is approx. 50mtr.

Barbour’s twine/ Armstrong's twine - Top quality smooth linen twine. Used for stitching in a variety of upholstery applications. The no3 is thinnest, with no6 being the thickest.

No3 – Approx. 350mtr per ball

No4 – Approx. 300mtr per ball

No5 – Approx. 240mtr per ball

No6 – Approx. 180mtr per ball

 

Nylon buttoning twine - As the name suggests a twine for buttoning use. Very strong, also used in crafts when a strong twine is needed. Full roll is approx. 375mtr.

 

Slipping thread - A very strong waxed thread for hand sewing/stitching, book binding, tent & sail repair, leather work, crafts & general upholstery stitching. Full rolls are 500mtr.

The images show the full rolls of twine, smaller quantities will be sent wrapped on card.
