We accept paypal, cheques and postal orders for UK buyers. Please make your cheques payable to The Lingerie Lady.

International buyers – paypal only please. Please make payment for your purchases within 7 days.

SHIPPING TERMS

All our items are in stock and we aim to ship within 24/48 hours of payment (excl bank holidays) We always send a dispatch message when your item has been shipped so please ensure you check your ebay messages for these updates

UK Customers

 Post & packing to UK addresses is by Royal Mail 1^st class standard post at £1.40.

We offer a discount for two or more items purchased on the same invoice. The cost of each additional item purchased will be 20p

We  always obtain proof of postage.

Overseas customers

 Worldwide post & packing is by air mail small packets at a charge of £2.90 for EU countries and £3.50 for worldwide. The cost of each additional item will be £1.00

Overseas buyers are responsible for any import duty charged by their country.

Recorded or International Signed for options are available, please select this at checkout or request a revised invoice.

Returns & Refunds

 
We would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Customer service is of up most importance to us and with this in mind we are more than happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

 Please contact us through Ebay messaging to request a return.

All return items must be unworn, in perfect condition with all labels and tags in place and in the original unopened packaging.

Original postage charges are non-refundable unless the item was found to be faulty.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item and we recommend you obtain proof of posting.

Once a return has been received we will inform you via Ebay messaging and the refund will be given via your original payment method, except in the case of postal orders when a cheque will be sent.
