I Have Complete MNH Commemorative Year Sets Available From 1926-1980.
In 1963 the USPS started experimenting with tagging stamps by applying a phosphorescent substance to the stamps. On May 19, 1966 the phosphor-tagged stamps were expanded to the commemorative series starting with the 1314 National Park Service issue (#1314a) and continued through Mary Cassatt (#1322a). Only about 12% of these 9 varieties were tagged and are getting more difficult to come by. After January 1, 1967 most regular issues through the 16c, all commemoratives and additional postal stationary were ordered tagged.
It takes the proper UV light to see the tagging on a lot of these stamps so I have separated the 9 tagged stamps and will put in separate glassine.
