We recommend you return the item insured by UPS Ground or USPS with Delivery Confirmation for the full purchase amount and email us the tracking number. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it. Please Contact Good Ole Tom's before leaving bad feedback and a low DSR of a 1 or 2. We always want to make things RIGHT. If an item is returned, the buyer will pay all shipping unless other arrangements are agreed to.
