Record Business or Home Phone Calls, from the handset of a corded telephone to this 4GB digital recorder - up to 4,000 hours!
This new system will let you record telephone calls from any corded telephone handset - single line or multi-line telephone systems. This is also compatible with headset systems that use a handset connection.
Clearly record both sides of your phone conversations, from your home or your business - even from multi-line PBX business telephone systems - using your telephone handset with this phone interface and digital recorder. Compatible with all analog and digital phone systems with modular handset connections. Records both sides of the conversation from incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
The digital recorder has 4GB of internal memory, and will record and store over 4,100 hours of recordings (LP mode). It has 4 voice quality modes, and is also great for recording meetings, lectures, etc. Operates on 2 AAA batteries.
The handset interface consists of a handset jack, a coiled cord with a handset plug, and a mini plug to connect to the voice recorder. It converts the voice recorder into a digital telephone call recorder. (No battery required for the interface)
To set up this system, simply connect the telephone handset cord to the handset jack of the adapter, and the coiled adapter cord into the handset jack of the telephone. The 1/8" mini plug connects to the 'mic' input of the digital voice recorder.
This digital recorder is voice activated. Once you connect it and set the voice activation, it will begin recording every time the handset is lifted, and will stop recording when the handset is hung up. Listen to your recordings through the built-in speaker, or play them back through the handset.
You can also operate the voice recorder manually, and use it only for certain phone calls that you want to record. Just press 'Record' at any time during the call to activate recording.
Useful and reliable for recording/documenting business phone conversations, and also for telephone training purposes.
Whichever line you answer or call from will be activated. Each user can have one system to record from each phone, or you can easily move one of these systems to a different telephone for another user.
