Rockford HE2 12" Refoam Kit (2 Foam Surrounds)

This kit will fit HE2, RFP3212, RFP3412, RFP3812 and many more.  This kit will fit Rockford 12" subwoofers models that have an ANGLED attachment to cone. Some woofers have paper cones (which uses our white glue) and some woofers are poly (plastic) cones (which use our black poly glue).  This kit will come with our white glue, if you need our black poly glue let us know and we will send that instead.

This Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
to repair two (2) subwoofers:

      • Refoaming Instructions
      • 2 Foam Surrounds (F12-9)
      • 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive

*We recommend hand centering this subwoofer when replacing the foam surround. When the glue is still tacky you can move the cone up and down. If you feel or hear the voice coil rubbing, just keep moving the cone assembly until it is free of rubbing.

A - Outside diameter of the surround = 11.75"
B - Roll ends                                      = 10.875" 
C - Roll starts / O.D. of the cone        = 8.875"
D - Inside diameter of the surround    = 8.25"
                                          Large Roll = 1"
