A basic rule of thumb with our lamps. If you think it looks nice in the picture, it will most certainly look even better in person. The usual selling price for these lamps is around £90. The lamps are delicately hand made from mosaic pieces with brass effect base and holder.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to any address in the UK mainland, as well as Worldwide. If for any reason your country does not appear in the postage and payment tab, then please message us through eBay messaging service to obtain a quote for the P&P to your country.

Delivery rates and delivery times may vary by country.


Are there any UK or international addresses where delivery might take longer?

Yes, there are certain locations in the UK including, the Highlands, the Channel Islands. Remote areas both in the UK and internationally may take longer to deliver your order.


How will I know when my order has been sent?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Your item will usually be dispatched within 24 hours if ordered Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.


Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?

The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 3 - 5 working days for deliveries within the UK or 5 -7 working days for deliveries overseas. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Please note we have to allow 10 working days for delivery inside the UK and 21 working days for deliveries outside of the UK to have passed before we're able to investigate the item as 'Lost In Post'.


What do I do if I have not received my order?

Should your order not arrive within the estimated time (please see 'Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?') please contact us so that we can class the item as 'Lost In Post' and investigate with the delivery company.

Please remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 10 working days have passed for UK deliveries and 21 working days for overseas deliveries.

We ask that you ensure you report any items not received within 40 days of dispatched as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item.


What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. For UK orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office.

For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure in case this differs to the UK.


The product has arrived faulty/damaged, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience if we have delivered a faulty or damaged item. If the product you have ordered has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us through eBay messaging service or go your 'My Ebay page', locate the listing and select returns.  We are part of eBay's managed return programme. 

Your PayPal account will be refunded in full plus return postage costs incurred upon arrival back to us.


I have been delivered the wrong product, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience if we have delivered the wrong item, please contact us through eBay messaging service and instructions will be provided.

Severe Weather

Should there be any severe weather conditions, each day will be assessed as it comes and you will be emailed advising of what actions have been put in place and when you should expect to receive your order. Please be assured that in these circumstances, Universal Fashion will do everything possible to fulfill your order within the limitations that the weather brings.


Am I able to change the delivery address?

At the moment we are unable to deliver to an alternative address.


Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.


When you ship overseas do you combine postage charges/send items together?

All items paid for before 9.00am will be combined and dispatched the same working day.


Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order, It is in original undamaged packaging with all tags intact, the product is in the same condition as how you received it. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you return the items using a Tracked service to avoid disappointment. If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions and we shall refund you in full including return postage. Our recommended returns service is MyHermes (https://www.myhermes.co.uk)

If you return your purchase after 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the postage for the item(s).


How do I return an item?

We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an unopened item to us for Return within 14 days of it being despatched to you.

In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty you have 14 days from date of despatch to report this to us for Return.

To arrange a return please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you with the Returns address.

You will need to package the item securely and include a note with your user id for identification. 


When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund/replacement within 3 working days from the day the item(s) received back into our warehouse.

How can  I pay for my order?

PayPal is the only method of payments that we accept. All items must be paid for prior to dispatch. We are unable to take an order and hold it pending payment.


When will payment be taken for my order?

Payment will be taken when you place your order. Your item will usually be dispatched within 48 hours.
