PayPal is our most preferred payment method, should you wish to make payment any other way please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.

Shipping

All items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class service unless otherwise selected.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days upon receipt of payment.

Estimated UK delivery times are between 3 - 5 working days, however Royal Mail state an item is not lost until 15 working days has passed, however if you have any questions with regard to your item delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

Other worldwide deliveries can vary, however we aim the items to be with you within a 10 working day period.

Free Postage On Additional Items (UK Orders Only)

If you purchase multiple jewellery items from TFB then you only pay ONE P&P cost of no more than 99p for all items paid for in a single PayPal transaction for delivery within the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service.

International Combined Postage Options:

Buy more than one item and only pay an extra 10p P&P for each additional jewellery item
Maximum Charge of Ã‚Â£8.95 P&P - Worldwide Tracked

Returns

You may return item/s bought from us within 30 days for any reason for either a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is returned within all its original packaging.

Please note that in the interest of hygiene we cannot offer returns on pierced jewellery items unless they are defective.

Please email us in advance so we can expect returns delivery. Please also send a note with your return stating the reason for return and any feedback you wish to express. This will make it easy for us to deal with your return quickly and to help us improve our service. Unofrtunately if you do not forward the relevant information with a return this may result in a refund not being processed.
