  • We use Royal Mail 1st, 2nd Class for UK address. Royal Mail Air Mail if you are from abroad. Next Day delivery /Express shipping are also available.

  • We offer exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within thirty (30) days, subject to an Authorization from us.
  • Authorization does not guarantee final disposition, and al returns are subject to inspection.
  • Defective products must be reported thirty (30) days after receipt of the item, and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on all refused shipments. All S&H charges are non-refundable!
