Shipping

3. Normally it will take around 7-15 business days to arrive. (Note: Italy, Malta, Brazil etc. may take around 15-30 days to arrive). If you don't receive items over 30 business days, please notify us and we will suggest a good solution.
4. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make sure the address on file with PayPal is the current and correct address before sending payment. We only ship to the address that is on file with PayPal with no exceptions. Return
All items are tested and well packed before posting. If have any quality problem with our products, please email us within 7 days from the date you receive the product. we will provide exchange but NO REFUNDS will be accepted.
1)For any exchange, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories. PLEASE contact us for return address BEFORE you send it back.
2)Please be advised in all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange.
3)Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to not accept non defective items back.
