Page quality is good throughout the book and they are still supple and clean. Foxing on some pages. Bent corners on few pages. Cloth covers and spine. Chewed holes from the insect on the covers. Covers have some stains and edge wear. All four corners are bumped. Wrinkles and sticker residue on the spine. Gilt sides. Illustrations throughout the book.

This book is from the Estate of Joseph A. Sadony. Joseph Sadony is someone you should Google. He was a Friend of Teddy Roosevelt, Admiral Byrd, many Hollywood stars, Einstein, Ghandi and many others including royalty. He was psychic advisor to Chicago Police and wrote among other things "Gates of the Mind, the Proven Psychic Discoveries of Joseph Sadony". Joseph died in 1960 at 83 years of age and many of the books we are listing are from the 30,000 that were left in his estate.
