Foot Length

It is best to measure your foot to get the best fit for your Ugg Boots.

Your bigger bare foot (usually your right) length measured from heel to top of the big toe.

The best way to measure your foot is to place your bare foot against the wall, use a pencil to mark the top of your toe and the bottom of your heel.

  • There are no half sizes in our range, thus If you are between sizes and your bigger bare foot measures 24.8cm-25.1cm (eg. ladies AU/US 7.5-8) go DOWN half a size to JUB size 7.

 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the next NSW working day. We take care to pack every item securely to so it reaches you in brand new condition.

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, Toll or Fastway depending on your location within Australia during normal business hours.

Please ensure you have provided us with your correct postal address and Business Name if going to a Busniness address to avoid delays or undeliverable.

On delivery, for most of the parcels if no one receives, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed. Extra expenses incurred for redelivery and return to sender are the responsibility of the consignee of the goods. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Some heavy items are not free postage, if you are unsure about how much shipping to pay for some heavy items, please contact us via eBay Messages, we will reply you with postage.

We accept payment by direct bank deposit and paypal.

Full payment including the purchase price plus shipping (if any) and insurance charges (optional) is required before goods are shipped.

Bank details will be shown when you select bank deposit checkout. Cash payments are accept if you want to pick up the item from our warehouse.

We open for free handling fee pick up every Friday 2:00-4:00 PM (pick up time may change if Friday is public holiday) in Wetherill Park (Cash and EFTPOS only). Please provide your mobile number for us to confirm the pickup in our system then we will send the pick up details to you through ebay message.

If the pick up is on the other time (Mon-Thu, 9:00-15:00 only. Not available on weekend or public holiday) a $10 dollars handling fee will be charged.
