Overall, good playable condition in a good displayable album.  Some general wear to the album but images and sleeves are intact.  Records play through but have the typical 78 hiss and surface noise.  Some minor warping form years of storage but again playable. Late 1940's to 1950.  But no accurate date available. Please ask questions.  Vintage Muhlenberg College item.  Hard to find.
