The new Regent Collection is a modern take on a traditional post style bed. A sturdy headboard and foot board features gray panels that contrast nicely with the black corner posts. The dressers and nightstands are also finished in the same black with gray textured accent panels. Drawers feature sturdy English dovetail construction. The entire collection is crafted from a combination of Asian hardwoods and Okume & Agathis Veneers. The contemporary Regent Collection will make a statement in any master bedroom!

Insured curbside shipping via a national freight company usually ranges between $70 to $300 depending upon the weight of the shipment and your proximity to the nearest distribution center. Some areas in NY, NJ, FL may be more. Please contact us with your zip code and the item name or listing number you are interested in for a custom freight quote. All freight deliveries are by appointment. In most cases the shipment can be placed inside a garage at no additional charge if requested, provided there is access for a pallet jack. Inside delivery is available for an additional fee. Time in transit is generally about a week or less to most locations. Please provide your phone number at time of purchase so you can be notified of delivery time.

Canadian customers please request a custom curbside delivery quote by contacting us with your postal code or we will manually calculate your shipping charges and invoice you within 24 hours. We will provide an estimate of import fees and coordinate the transaction with our customs broker for a smooth transaction. You may also use your own broker. Please note that Sans Midman does not collect nor is not responsible for these fees.




Sales Tax: We are not required to charge sales tax to out of state residents, nor do we collect it. Only sales to Washington residents are subject to tax at 8.4%.

Our 6 months to pay layaway plan: Once you have clicked on the buy it now icon we will need a payment of 20% of the total purchase price (minimum $100). Just let us know how much you want to pay and we will send you PayPal invoice or phone in a credit card payment. There is no monthly minimum payment required; pay as much and as often as you like. No interest, 10% cancellation charge. Take delivery once item is paid in full. You have up to 6 months to complete payment on your purchase. If the layaway extends beyond 6 months, simply renew the layaway and extend for an additional 6 months. Note: At renewal, the item price may be subject to current market and shipping rates.

Warranty: One year from date of purchase. After the first year replacement parts will be available at cost as long as we continue to sell that item.

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day guarantee on all purchases. Take up to thirty days to decide if the furniture is right for you. If you do not, for any reason, want to keep your purchase contact us so that we can authorize the return. Once the merchandise is returned in original, undamaged, unassembled condition we will provide a full refund minus the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. In the case of of "free shipping", the actual cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund. If you request return shipping be provided by us, the cost of the return shipment will also be deducted from the refund. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items safely and securely (consider keeping the original shipping containers on hand for 30 days). We never charge sales tax to shipments outside the state of Washington. Our great shipping connections entitle us to a whopping 85% freight discount, making our shipping rates some of the best in the business. And of course, we pass that savings on to you. Even after adding shipping costs, your total price will almost always be less than buying locally. Our staff stays busy. When they are not helping a customer on site, our salespeople are creating new product posts online, answering customer emails and phone calls and coordinating shipping with our warehouse crew. We have an excellent reputation and would not tarnish it with high pressure sales tactics or low quality items.
