Use this bath for Spherification :
5 to 6.5 Gramms  CALCIUM CHLORIDE
1L WATER

Make your own calcium chloride liquid for cheese making:
Dissolve content of bag in 47g ( ml) of water to make 59 ml of 30% calcium chloride liquid.
Density of a 30% CaCl2 solution is 1294g/l .
Use as any other liquid calcium chloride found elsewhere.
