Delivery

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for most of our orders as well as hermes for large or heavy items.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and aim to dispatch all orders received before 3:00pm the same day.

Please note that any orders received on Friday After 4pm, Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday will not be packed for shipping until the next working day.

Any problems please let us know straight away and we always aim to resolve within 24hours

Please note we aim to keep costs down by packaging in the most efficient way this might mean we don’t always sent out the boxes, but all products will still be in a sterile wrapping where appropriate.

Expiry dates will be at least 2 years unless otherwise stated
