								We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped within 1 business day. 

    Any purchase that is less than 13oz (apprx 3 DVD's) gets a free upgrade to First Class Mail.

    We also offer combined shipping discounts on all purchases, unless otherwise specified. Discounts will automatically be applied as long as you pay only after selecting all your items first by clicking the "buy it now" or "Add to Cart", then making payment after the last item is selected.

    US Shipments - Only .85 cents per additional item unless otherwise specified.

    Canadian Shipments - As Specified:

    All our DVD's are region 1 (US/Canada) and will generally need a dvd player that can play multiple regions if played in another country.

    Delivery - We consider an item or items delivered when the shipper, generally USPS provides the delivery confirmation in there tracking information.

    Returns

    								Damaged or defective items can be returned for refund, replacement or credit within 30 days of the time it arrives. 

    If an item is damaged or being return because of an error made by us, we will pay the return shipping fees. If an item is being returned for another reason we will provide a refund for the products only.
