Please note: Imprint size does not vary with shirt size. Images are for reference only. Print area is maximized for the smallest garment size,therefore larger garments will have the same imprint as smaller garments.Imprint area is generally approximately 11" x 15" (portrait) or15" x 11" (landscape). XX and larger garments may have an increased image size as well. Please contact us with any questions. Oversized imprints will typically incur additional charges.
CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZATION:
Personalization and customization is available for an additional fee.
We can add symbols, logos, or any other graphics you supply. We are not responsible for the quality of the images you supply. Keep in mind: The better the resolution of the image, the better the result.
If you have any doubt or question please ask us ahead of time.
We offer a wide variety of customization. Heat transfer names and logos which can be applied in multiple special effects materials, such as GLITTERS, RHINESTONES, SEQUINS and FOILS.
- Printed single name (solid colors only) on the front of T-shirt, please add $5.00. **Note: Graphic may need to be reduced to accommodate name.
- Printed single name (solid colors only) on reverse side, please add $7.00.
- Please inquire about all other Special Effects pricing and options.
Printed names can be fitted the width of the shirt up to 15" across, unless limited by the size of the garment.
Heat transfer/special effects names and embellishments can be placed virtually anywhere on the garment.
Lettering will be sized accordingly.
Names, text, and wording are available in any color.
Please ask us about special FX that can be added to your merchandise to make it unique and dazzling.
SHIPPING:
All
items will be shipped First Class USPS unless other arrangements have
been made prior to the shipment of your order. All orders will be shipped
within 3-5business days of payment clearing. We typically try to ship
all order within 48hours of payment clearance, however our official
shipping policy ask for you to expect 3-5 business days.
Custom
order require an additional day or two. Any custom order will not
be deemed official or go into production if we feel that specifications
are unclear, regardless of payment status.
If your order was placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day.
If you would like to make arrangements to have your order rushed, please email us before you place your order for a quote.
We ship merchandise to locations within the United States as well as Internationally.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
*Please take care in placing your final order. All customized and personalized order sales are FINAL and returns or exchanges are NOT possible. In the event that we have made an error in the processing of your order, we will take full responsibility to remedy the situation. If you are unsure about a size, please consult with us before ordering.
When submitting names and specifications for custom designs please take the utmost care in preparing the information you send us. Like in carpentry,‘measure twice, cut once’. Please double check the spelling and specifications you are sending us. If we think there may be an error we will do our best to contact you and confirm the information, however, you are ultimately responsible for the information you submit with your order.
Items are fully inspected before shipping and damages are rare unless incurred during shipping. If damages are incurred during shipping and your package is insured we will replace or refund the item immediately. If your package was not insured then a claim will have to be filed with the courier for a final outcome.
