Panhard Bar Re-Buildable Rock Joint 1-1/4"-12 x 5/8"Bore

Note: Before use Grease joints with a quality silicone-based lubricant with PTFE  

Polyurethane bushings should be greased with a silicone-based lubricant with PTFE.

Even though polyurethane is resistant to oil and other solvents, you never want to use petroleum-based or Lithium grease when servicing these bushings.

Lithium grease can dry out polyurethane causing cracks and premature failure and some of the additives in Petroleum based greases can have a chemical reaction and break down the urethane causing premature failure.

Here are some silicone based options:

(Energy Suspension’s Formula 5) Is a good lubricant but is usually only available in a tub or small squeeze tube (so you would probably want to manually pack a grease gun over packing each joint by hand) 

(Super Lube 92150) comes in a 14.1oz cartridge and it’s a pretty good lubricant. (and it is grease is gun capable)
