We accept PayPal in USD only.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our wedding accessories are intended for one time usage, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective.
Returning Defective Items:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items and request a return authorization.
Damaged Items:
If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 48 hours. You must wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), do not return to the shipped from address. Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item and the Ebay item number. After approval and receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement.
Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges, No exceptions.
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error on our behalf, we will either issue you a refund or send a replacement. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges. |

Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer within 1-4 business days from the time of final payment via UPS Ground, If you need an item in a hurry we do provide faster service (ie., 2nd day air, overnight, etc.) as well as a rush service. Contact us for details on charges.
Very rarely an item will be "out of stock" due to demand. They are in stock at time of listing. If this happens you will be given the choice to be issued a full refund or place your order on "back ordered" status an have it shipped to you as soon as it is available.
You must provide a street address for shipping. No PO Boxes.
Shipping charges are for the Continental USA only. Alaska, Hawaii, PR are an additional charge. Please inquire. International shipping is available, and will quote only to cover our costs. Please inquire for a quote. It is not our goal to profit on shipping. | |
