Please note...  Do not purchase 4 tags expecting an adjustment at checkout.  Only purchase 3 tags and leave instructions for 4.  If these purchase instructions are not followed for the buy 3 get1 free there will be no refunds or adjustments after the purchase is made. 

The buy 3 get 1 free special applies to like shapes only.  You can choose different colors and engravings, but they must the same tag shape.

 

What you are purchasing:

One (1) custom aluminum heart with paw print pet id tag with diamond drag engraving

·         It measures / 1.37" (for medium to large pets) - 1" (for small pets)

·         Made in the USA.

·         The material is .050” (1.27mm) thickness.

·         There will be no aluminum showing around the edges of our tags because they are fully anodized and sealed!·

·         Our tags are engraved deep and will never wear off.

·         The tags are available in the following colors:

o   Black, dark blue, red, pink, green, orange, purple, silver, gold, light blue.

·         These tags are engraved on 1 side only.

·         You can have up to 3 lines of engraving.

o   The top line will be larger as shown in the listing photos.

o   Each line can have up to 16 characters including spaces.  All phone numbers will be engraved in the following format:  ###-###-####.

o   All engraving will be centered and Paw prints will be engraved as shown in the listing photos.

·         Each tag will come with a split ring for attachment. (Please check the bottom of your envelope for the ring.  They sometimes fall down in the corner during shipping.)

·   We need the following information in the following format for each tag on your purchase (An easy way to do this is to copy and paste the engraving lines below and then add your information):

o   Tag color: Black  - Tag size: Small

o   Engraving Line 1:  Peppie

o   Engraving Line 2:  123 Anywhere Ave.

o   Engraving Line 3:  123-456-7890

******Remember, each line can have up to 16 characters including spaces.

***PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE A COLOR, WE WILL SEND A BLACK TAG - IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE A SIZE, WE WILL SEND A LARGE TAG.  WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU TO ASK ABOUT A COLOR CHOICE OR TAG SIZE.

***You do not have to use all 3 lines of engraving.  If you only use 1 or 2 lines, the engraving will be larger as shown in the listing pictures***

SHIPPING POLICY:

• Your order will be mailed via USPS First Class mail with tracking.
• We usually ship within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared and tag information is received.  USPS First Class mail usually takes from 2-5 business days for delivery.  Please keep in mind that Sundays and Holidays effect delivery times.  The date given by eBay is an ESTIMATED delivery date.
• Unfortunately we can't control the speed of the USPS.  We ask you to be patient and contact us if you do not receive your tag within 10 days. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
