1. All orders will be shipped to PayPal's address. Please make sure address is updated before making payment. For shipping to other address, customer must update their address before payment. Otherwise, we will only ship to your original address without notice.

2. If item is undeliverable due to address issue or customer's own issue, we have to wait for the return of parcel. At that moment, customer can choose to refund less 10% item's price or reship with reshipping fee. If item is not returned finally, no refund or reship will be provided.

1. We offer shipping discount automatically for multiple quantity purchase for same item but do not combine shipping.

1. We shipped out orders via USPS service with tracking number within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekend or holiday will be processed in the next business day.

2. Delivery takes 2-5 business days but some states may take longer time. Please read our announcement page for periodic update.

3. Delivery may be subjected to delay due to weather issue, postal strike, customs inspection and peak season effect. We strongly suggest customer to consider priority mail if faster service is required. Please contact us via ebay message before order. Otherwise, we may have shipped out order by 1st class service already.

4. If it is over our or ebay's estimated delivery date, please let us know. We are glad to follow up with you to arrange refund or item reship.

Return

1. If buyer would like to exchange or return item for personal reason, he/she will be subject to 20% restocking fee.

2. Item must be in unused condition, i.e. never installed and in original packaging with all the accessories.

3. Customer is responsible for returning cost and make sure item will be safely returned to our office in good condition. We will not refund/exchange item if item is damaged due to poor packaging during return.

Replacement

1. Customer is advised to check item immediately and report to us within 48 hours. We reserve the right not to accept any return which is purchased over 60 days.

2. All returned items must be in original condition. Company chop or warranty sticker must be kept. Otherwise return items will not be accepted and will only return to customer if reshipping fee is paid in advance.
