Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer within 3-5 business days from the time of final payment. Please allow up to 10 business days on personalized items.
Although we ship fast, please allow for plenty of time before your event, we suggest at least 30 days prior.
All shipping charges are for UPS Ground. If you need an item in a hurry we do provide faster service (ie., 2nd day air, overnight, etc.) as well as a rush service. Contact us for details on charges.
Very rarely an item will be "out of stock" due to demand. They are in stock at time of listing. If this happens you will be given the choice to be issued a full refund or place your order on "back ordered" status an have it shipped to you as soon as it is available.
You must provide a street address for shipping. No PO Boxes.
Shipping charges are for the Continental USA only. Alaska, Hawaii, PR are an additional charge. Please inquire. International shipping is available via eBay's Global Shipping Program.
