You are buying a completely customized, laser engraved tag. The auction photos are just examples of what we can engrave. After choosing the color, style and attachment from the auction pull-down menus, you will need to email us with the wording for front-and-back.
For the front of the tag, there's room for up to 3 lines of 15 characters.
For the back of the tag, there's room for up to 8 lines of 15 characters (or 5 lines of 25 going across).
Please Note: These recommendations are guidelines for a great looking tag. We can squeeze more in, but it won't look as good.

About the tags
Tags are about 1.125" x 2" - the standard size of military Dog Tags. They are made out of anodized aluminum, so they will not irritate the skin nor will body oils affect the tags. The laser engraving will appear white on the tag. Under normal conditions, the engraving should last for many years. The tags can withstand temperature extremes and can get wet. Only physical abrasion will affect the quality of the engraving. Chains are nickel covered stainless steel.
