How To Win at Canasta by Oswald Jacoby (1949)

I have for sale a vintage used book by Oswald Jacoby called How To Win at Canasta.
It is a spiral-bound softcover book measuring about 7.5 inches by 5 inches.  Doubleday
& Company, 64 pages, 1949.  Given its age, the book is in overall very good condition
with a few signs of wear, such as mild page yellowing due to age, minor wear around the
edges of the cover, one small ½" tear on front cover, a 3.5" crease on front cover, and
2 pages with some pencil marks that were erased (circled in the photos but not in the
