The sugarcraft roses are perfect for decorating your own cupcakes or celebration cakes for many different occasions, including weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.

Colour

As all my colours are hand-mixed and/or sprayed, they may differ slightly from those shown. For airbrushed sugar flowers, natural slight variations in colour might also occur due to the process of laying airbrush colour. Equally, please by aware that the same shade may display differently on different monitors.

The airbrush colours used contain ethanol and the thickener hydroxypropyl cellulose E463. Colours used in the range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.

Ingredients/Allergy Advice

Each item is hand-moulded from edible paste.

The modelling paste is made from sugarpaste (fondant) and gum tragacanth or gum tylose.

Ingredients: sugar (83%), glucose syrup, water, vegetable glycerine, vegetable oil, emulsifier E471 (mono & diglycerides), Gum Tragacanth E413, natural flavouring, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate), Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose (CMC) E466.

The toppers are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They are gluten and dairy free, although they are produced on premises where nut products are handled, so there is a risk of nut traces being present.

The brand of sugarpaste used does not use animal fatty acids so is suitable for Jewish and Muslim customers although no official Kosher or Halal certification exists yet - E471 fatty acids my be plant or animal derived, so potentially pork fat may be present in tiny traces in other brands but this brand uses purely plant derived E471.

Storage

The items should be stored in a dry container (a cardboard postal box is ideal) away from light and moisture. It is recommended that any plastic packing materials are removed as soon as possible on receipt, to avoid condensation degrading the items. Do not put in fridge or freezer! It is recommended that they are used within 6 months of purchase.

Although these cake toppers are 100% edible, please be aware that they will dry very hard!

Food Safety

Purple Butterfly Cake Designs is registered with UK Environmental Health under current UK Food Safety legislation and the premises carry a 5 star hygiene rating. All items are produced, stored, handled and labelled according to the necessary professional standards.

Dispatch

Each order is acknowledged upon receipt & you will be made fully aware of when to expect your order.

UK orders are normally dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Postal Service whereas non-UK orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail International Tracked Postal Service. Each order is fully trackable. For urgent UK orders, the Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Service is available as a postal option on all listings providing guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch. Please bear in mind that all items are handmade to order by myself & that my production/pre-dispatch time will vary depending on my workload at the time the order is placed regardless of the postal option chosen - although I will always try & supply urgently-required orders as soon as possible.

Refunds

Although all my items are packed with extreme care to minimise the risk of damage during transit, occasionally due to factors beyond our control an item might arrive in less-than-perfect condition.

In the rare instance of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. A damaged, non-repairable item is always either refunded or preferably, if time allows, a replacement item is supplied at no additional charge.

We try hard to offer the best possible service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will always do our best to rectify the problem.
