Warranty Policy:

All products come with 180 days warranty for all DOA (Dead on Arrive) and all manufacturers defective such as line, fuzzy, distorted image, spot and pixel issue. The personal or physical damage and cracked is not covered by warranty.

Return Policy:

A RMA number is required for all refunds or returned items. If the item is DOA, you must contact us within 14 days after received the item if the item is DOA or shipping damage.

The Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is requested for all refund or return items. Without RMA number, the return item will not be accepted. The RMA number will be voided after 7 business days of issuing date.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return of DOA, wrong part order, and non-used part, and warranty exchanges.

All Items can be return for refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30 days of the purchase date will only be eligible for exchange.
