1) As we do not only sell items via web, but also wholesale orders from local shops and agents, some of the sizes and colors maybe sold out. 4) For easier custom clearness, we will remove our brand from the products. In addition to that, we will mark the package as a gift and in a lower value to avoid taxes. But if the package is checked by Customs for any reason, any tax charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We would not be responsible for any tax incurred.

5) The price of our items and shipping do not include insurance. In case you need insurance, please notify us prior to shipment.

Return policy:

-All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition. If the item is defective, please inform us within 14 days upon receipt of item, we will replace a new one or refund if stock out (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).

-Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we will pay the cost for reshipping.

-Return items include the original packaging and accessories.

-We take up to replace or repair it for you by the manufacturer in case that the delivered item is found faulty while the shipping charges would be born by the buyer.

-The item (Custom-made) can’t be returned, because we have personal your size which may be hard for us to sell again.
