Return & Exchange Policy
  • We will refund or reship if you receive an item under the following situations :

    • If item believed to be lost (over estimated delivery time)
    • If item is found broken upon arrival (please report to us within 48 hours)
    • Not as mentioned in our product descriptions

  • Damage of the product will violate the policy.   
  • Package must remain sealed. Failure to provide original packing may result in rejection of the refund. When refund is applicable, the amount will not include the initial shipping. Buyer will responsible for all return shipping costs and fees levied upon transportation.
