We ship within 1 business day (most of the times it's the same day if order is placed by 1pm on a business day(Mon to Fri) after receipt of the payment.
Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition.
Each package comes with a tracking number if sent by Parcelforce or proof of postage can be provided on request for items posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class or 1st Class.
In case there is a delay from us we will notify you through e-mail or via the messaging system, we shall not accept liability for late delivery by the carrier.
All custom duties and taxes applicable within a foreign territory shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Claims for shortages or damages will only be accepted if we are notified by e-mail within 48 hours from the receipt of the goods. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect then please return it within 2 days in its original packaging, accompanied by an explanation.
Invoices are sent with each order.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Free Delivery
Shipping is only free in mainland England, Scotland & Wales. There will be a charge for shipping to all BFPO addresses and other countries including Northern & Southern Ireland.
