Vintage Salad Server

For sale is this lovely vintage "Mayell" glass and stainless steel salad server/bowl with condiments set, which all fit neatly on the stainless steel stand, also included, is a matching glass butter dish with lid.

The set looks as if it has never been used and still has the "Mayell" label attached, having said that, I am not sure if the two glass bottles on the right of the stand would have had glass stoppers, if so, these are missing.
