Tweed for this range of dog accessories is the rarest and most exclusive Hebridean tweed made on the beautiful, unspoiled Island of Islay, off the West coast of Scotland, where The Islay Woolen Mill has been weaving wool tweed continuously since 1820.  Originally designed for sporting and country pursuits this tweed has a tighter weave, offering greater strength and durability.
