You are purchasing 1 Single Custom Cut mount of your choosing. These mounts can be cut any size you require within the option ranges selected. This is for a single aperture only. For multi-aperture mounts please contact us for information.
How to order
- Select the outside dimension size that is closest to the size you require from the drop down options
- Tell us your exact External (outer) and Internal (single aperture) measurements when you make your order (in inches or cm / mm) This is important so we know what to cut for you.
- Please State Portrait or Landscape
Your order will then be custom cut for you by our team and securly packed for transit.
Please check your sizes carefully as these are custom made we cannot except returns if you have made an error in your sizes
Please note, Due to large mounts being fragile we need to provide extra
strength packaging which is reflected in the cost of the item.

Our white core range is available in a selection of colours and is suitable for most applications.
Please note : Since these are custom made to order, non standard sizes are exempt from returns unless they are fauly or the order is incorrect. Please ensure that your measurements are correct before you order.
Guide / advice on buying a custom mount from us
When ordering a custom mount for a frame you will need to measure the inside size of the frame to determine the mount outer size (red arrows). This is also the same as the glass / backing board size. The aperture size (yellow arrows) is the visible area that your image will show through. Please see the following picture which shows where on the back of a typical frame you need to measure.
When deciding on the size of the mount border (frame front view) remember that the total size of this is both sides added up - so you will need to give accurate sizes for the inside aperture (hole) cutout and include both borders in your calculations. Also remember that part of the mount will be hidden underneath the frame so will not be visible.

We currently except paypal as our payment method, we will then dispatch items when payment has been recieved.
Shipping
We
aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days of cleared payment -
however in most cases it will likely be same day dispatch unless the
order is late in the day. Late Friday and weekend orders will be
dispatched on the following Monday. We are closed on Public Holidays.
All orders will be either royal mail second class or alternative courier. Deleivery is normally made within 3 working days.
Please
contact us first if your shipping destination is outside of the
standard uk postcodes so that we can arrange postage costs.
All items will be packaged securly before transit.
Returns
Please contact us first if there is any problems however we except returns if the product is returned to us undamaged. Buyer pays return postage fees. Some items we sell are bespoke custom made items and can only be returned if faulty.
