The Ant Café® is a refillable container for insect bait that protects the environment from contamination. It has a small, adjustable entryway that protects the bait from desiccation. The Ant Café® can be placed vertically or horizontally when used with granular or gel baits, but should only be placed vertically when used with liquid baits.

In either domestic or commercial situations our bait stations provide a simple way to deliver the bait and a quick way to inspect, clean and refill.

The Ant Cafe is the add-your-own-bait refillable container with a patented design that protects the environment from contamination, prevents spillage, and reduces evaporation to keeps bait fresh for up to 3 weeks. Ant Cafe's one piece design makes it easy to use with liquid, gel, or dry bait.

If you are unsure which type of ants you have, where they are coming from, or what type of bait they prefer, The Ant Cafe is ideally suited for identifying the preferred baits and trails of pest ants. Simply experiment with different types of baits, placing a liquid in one Ant Cafe and a gel in another, etc., and place them in different locations around your home. By checking each Ant Cafe periodically for acceptance, you will be able to see which bait the ants prefer over another. Then the other Ant Cafes can be refilled with the bait of preference and placed in areas of highest ant travel for optimal control.

The size and shape of Ant Cafe keeps kids from being able to swallow them.

What if I am after a product which is not on your store?

SHIPPING FAQ

Do we ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not ship items outside of Australia at this point in time. 

How long will delivery take?
Allow 2-5 business days for delivery depending upon where you are located in Australia.  Please note this is just an estimate and we can not be held responsible for delays with Couriers or Australia Post once the package is out of our hands.

What courier do you use?
We use a courier of our choice for most parcels.  We may also use Australia Post only if the parcel is small enough to fit into a 500g satchel or envelope and not considered dangerous goods.

Can you deliver to my work address? 
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.

Can I pick up my item from you?
Yes, we offer local pick up.  The pick up location is 17/70-72 Captain Cook Drive CARINGBAH NSW 2229 (Monday to Friday ONLY).  Please call us or email after your purchase to arrange a suitable time.


RETURNS FAQ

Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns for faulty or damaged items.  We do not refund for change of mind purchases.  We will not refund the Delivery Fee where the products have been delivered to you.

What if a product is damaged on delivery?
You must check any products delivered to you to determine if it is damaged. If a product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that product and email us. If you notice damage to a product after delivery, or if it has been incorrectly shipped, you should notify us as soon as possible.  Upon return of faulty goods, our returns department will assess and forward on to the manufacturer. If the item is being repaired, we will inform by email the estimated date of completion. The repaired item will then be posted back to you free of charge. If the item is being refunded, we will process this as usual, ensuring to have your refund as quickly as possible after assessment.

How will my refund be processed?
Method of refund will be in the same format as payment was made. (eg credit card, paypal etc)
