Delivery & Shipping
We ship within the United States, including protectorate states and PO boxes. Free shipping is offered to our US customers for most of our products. If you are located outside of USA, additional shipping charges will apply. International shipping charges are calculated and based on: 1) shipping service selected; 2) weight of the package; 3) country of destination and customs fees. US domestic orders will be shipped with a tracking number using Standard ground shipping service for a 5-7 days delivery, if you need the item sooner - please select Expedited shipping option. International orders are shipped with a tracking number using Standard Air shipping service for a 10-14 days delivery.
Returns & Damaged Items
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, buyer pays for the return shipping in ALL cases except when a wrong item was shipped to the customer. We do not accept returns for international orders, unless all shipping expenses are paid by the buyer. To receive a refund promptly, returned item must be in unused brand new condition without damage and with original packaging. Restocking fee may apply. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us for an immediate help in resolving the problem. Please note that the shipping carrier that delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for any losses or damages.
