We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable address,but the shipping fee of the returned items will need paying by buyers due to incorrect or undeliverable address. We shall try best to resolve the issue in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned if the item is lost in the c se of the delivery. All items carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.Be sure to contact us first before sending the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided first if the item needs returning. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. We cannot accept the returns if you have got no RMA number or returning address.
