We offer FREE shipping within the metro area throughout Australia, with the exception of bulky & heavy items over 10Kg there will be an additional freight charge based on your post code. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway or TNT, depending on the item and your location, all methods will require signature on delivery unless instructions are given otherwise. Delivery times for these items can vary depending on your location; feel free to contact us if you would like an estimate.

We will honour all warranties as offered by each manufacturer.

All warranty claims can be dealt with at your closest authorised repair agent or dealer.

A copy of your proof of purchase (Tax Invoice) will be required for all warranty claims.

If products are returned to us for Warranty claims, the customer is responsible for all the freight charge for the item.

All items returned will go through an extensive examination to determine the warranty issue; the customer will be notified of the results and if the warranty claim should proceed. Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories are not responsible for faulty workmanship, if the warranty part is deemed to be a result of the users miss use or faulty workmanship the warranty claim can be refused. There is no return offered on electrical items, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories has inspected and tested all electrical items prior to selling to ensure they are working correctly and faultlessly.     Brooky’s Motorcycle Accessories have been servicing the motorcycling community since 2008 when we realised there was a lack and a range of quality motorcycle products and product knowledge in the industry.

    At the time, most accessories were only available from motorcycle dealerships and their range of products were very sad to say the least. So, we created the Brookys website.

    A place where the riding community could receive honest advice and purchase the best products for all their motorcycling needs.

    Since 2008, we have grown into one of the most compressive online stores, and unlike those who claim to be the biggest by posting every single product known to man, when in actual fact, they stock only a small percentage and expect the customer to wait while they order stock in. Brookys Motorcycle Accessories endeavor to stock everything we advertise, meaning you can get the parts you need, fast. Brookys Motorcycle Accessories only stocks tried and tested products; we won’t use our customers as a testing ground for unknown products, so you can have peace of mind.

    Brooky’s take the risk out of purchasing online: If you receive any product that you feel does not match the product description or fit your application as described, simply contact us within 30 days, to arrange returning the product. Any return request that falls outside of the 30 days may be refused. All returned products MUST be returned in the condition that you received it with all original packaging and tags attached and we will happily exchange or refund.

    NOTE: If your order was originally purchased with free freight, your product will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Brooky’s. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.

    Return Terms & Conditions

    All returns MUST be authorised by Brooky’s before goods are returned. Please call or email one of our helpful staff and they will give you an RAN (Return Authority Number) which must be enclosed in return parcel.

    All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). 

    All packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). 

    Please see the list below for things to be aware of to ensure your item is accepted for return: 

    • Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing from the packaging. Items, like chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some circumstances.
    • If electrical parts fail after fitting, the faulty pars will be referred to the manufacturer / supplier and the cause will be determined case by case. Brooky’s will contact you with an outcome before a refund or exchange is considered and processed.
    • DO NOT stick address labels or write on the original packaging as this will void any returns.

    Faulty Items

    If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back.

    If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. 

    In cases where a faulty item was received, Brooky’s will cover the return costs on the faulty item.

    Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames (30 days) providing the item is still under warranty.

    Please contact customer service during 8:00-19:00 or the brand directly for warranty periods. 

    Brooky’s attempt to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. 

    In this case, we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. 

    This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-7 business days.

    Brooky’s Motorcycle Accessories uses Australia Post as our preferred carrier. All orders are completely trackable via a unique tracking number which allows you to track the progress of your delivery in real time.

    STANDARD SHIPPING

    Brooky’s Motorcycle Accessories Standard postage provides the fastest and most efficient standard postage method possible to ANYWHERE in Australia through Aus Post E-Parcel service. Brooky’s reaches more locations and uses the fastest shipping method available and completely trackable. We will email you a tracking number so you can see exactly where your order is.

    EXPRESS SHIPPING

    If you require your order urgently please select Express shipping method at the checkout, the additional fee will be applied at this point 
    Note: if your order was originally FREE shipping you will only pay the balance to upgrade to Express

    NOTE: Australian addresses only. These estimates are provided by our shipping partners Australia Post and are to be used as a guide. Bulky and Special orders may take longer. We will even ship to your PO box, ONLY Brooky’s can provide this service! Remember, place your order before 11AM AEST to ensure it leaves our warehouse the same day! 

    You haven’t received your order? Once you have placed your order, you will be provided a unique tracking number. Track your order at Australia Post. Please contact us if you would like to know shipping times and postage upgrade costs.

    All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot.

    WE DO NOT ALLOW PACKAGES TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED OR WITHOUT A SIGNATURE UNLESS PRIOR AUTHORITY HAS BEEN GIVEN TO BROOKY’S.

    Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories always seeks to sell the greatest value products on the market. These items should be of an acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching their description. On the odd occasion when things don't go to plan, you can be rest assured that our after sales team are here to help! Check out our warranty section for all terms and conditions. As an online provider, we encourage you to retain all packaging as this will assist you in the rare case the item needs to be returned for servicing or replacement. With such a large product range, please be aware that there will occasionally be a case where an item is out of stock or there will be a delay when shipping your order. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, we will work with you to resolve any issue to the satisfaction of both parties.

    WARRANTY

    Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories offers a 3 to12 month warranty depending on the product from the date of purchase. In line with most major brands, the use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 30 day warranty period. Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes to damage caused by operating the product in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance). Consumable components are not covered by warranty. We do however stock many of these replacement parts for purchase.

    All electrical items such as CDI, regulators, Magnetos, Stators, Starter motors etc are all thoroughly tested by qualified mechanics prior to placing the item for sale, so for this reason there is NO warranty or returns accepted on these items.

    WARRANTY CLAIMS

    General Repairs

    Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories can offer may vary. Please keep in mind that photos will be required to be emailed to allow confirmation and resolution of the issue. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. Once the fault/issue is clarified, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories may fit replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. While many spare parts are stocked in Australia, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. While special ordered parts generally arrive within around 15 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive, in the above 2instances.

    Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories may not accept the warranty claim in cases where the buyer has contributed to the failure, or been misleading in their description of their issues. Where freight costs were incurred by Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories to return your item for inspection, reimbursement to Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories may be required prior to releasing the goods. The item is also to be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Freight cost not to exceed original freight cost. Where item was purchased with free postage, freight costs are to be set at 20% of the item cost.

    Payment to be made to Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories within 14 days of being notified of warranty rejection. Storage fees to apply beyond 7 days at 5% of the original product cost until the credit expires. Where money is owed to Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories for repairs and/or postage, Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories is entitled to hold onto the item until payment is made.

    **Ensure you read the Returning Items info below prior to returning any product**

    our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    RETURNING ITEMS

    If for any of the above reasons you are required to return an item, the following steps need to be followed:

    Send an email to us stating your order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return

    Our Customer Service Department will review your email and, if applicable, issue you a Return Authorisation (RAN) number which must be included on the address label. All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time.

    Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories will not accept the return of any item/s without an RAN attached.

    You are responsible to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and/or our ability to provide further service.

    To enable Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories to continue offering the very best price, freight arrangements vary depending upon the time that has expired since purchase.

    POSTAGE & DISPATCH

    At present, shipment is only within Australia.

    Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 7- 10 business days for it to arrive. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Courier providers (not Australia Post) normally contact the buyer prior to the delivery day. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

    Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky freight. Please be aware that P.O Boxes cannot receive items above 20kg or longer than 1 metre also a street address and phone number is required. We highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace for items that are large and bulky prior to purchase. Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. Re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

    Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories Strongly recommends that your purchase extra transit insurance, as Brooky's Motorcycle Accessories will NOT take responsibility for any lost/stolen/damage during transit.
