This high quality self adhesive backed closed cell material is suitable for making a good watertight seal on boat hatches, lockers, car boots, enclosures, caravans, cabinets, etc. A compression rate of 20% to 30% is recommended. Just peel off the backing paper and stick in place ensuring that the surface is clean, dry and free from oil or grease.

If your application is in a very wet environment then we recommend using our plain expanded neoprene and our waterproof contact adhesive A262. This is because the adhesive backing tape is not fully water resistant. These can be found on our website.
