This listing is for a set of 12 edible sugarcraft Embossed Hearts in Ivory Pearl.

Each large heart is approximately 35mm x 40mm (at widest points) with a depth of approx 8mm.

The sugarcraft hearts are perfect for decorating your own cupcakes or celebration cakes for many different occasions, including weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.

As all my colours are hand-mixed and spray, they may differ slightly from those shown, They may also show slight natural variations in colour due to the process of laying airbrush colour (as opposed to using colouring paste as one solid block of colour). Equally, please by aware that the same shade may display differently on different monitors.

All non-pearl shades are finished with a slight satin protective sheen.


NOTE TO CUSTOMERS SEEKING WHITE SHADES :  I produce three different 'white' shades in my core colour range - white, ivory & cream, White is the brightest shade, achieved through airbrushing white which achieves a brighter result than an unfinished natural sugarpaste colour. Ivory is a light off-white shade with a very slight caramel undertone whilst cream is a deeper shade with yellow undertones. Should the listing you are interested in contain a mix of colours including a white shade, but not contain the specific white shade you require, you can still order from the listing - but send me a message at the same time stating which alternative shade of white you require (e.g. ivory instead of cream) and I will confirm the details with you when I acknowledge receipt of the order.

Ingredients/Allergy Advice

The cake toppers are made from hand-moulded from edible modelling paste and individually airbrushed with food safe colours.

The modelling paste is made from sugarpaste and gum tragacanth or gum tylose.

Ingredients: sugar (83%), glucose syrup, water, vegetable glycerine, vegetable oil, emulsifier E471 (mono & diglycerides), Gum Tragacanth E413, natural flavouring, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate), Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose (CMC) E466.

The toppers are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They are gluten and dairy free, although they are produced on premises where nut products are handled, so there is a risk of nut traces being present.

The brand of sugarpaste used does not use animal fatty acids so is suitable for Jewish and Muslim customers although no official Kosher or Halal certification exists yet - E471 fatty acids may be plant or animal derived, so potentially pork fat may be present in tiny traces in other brands but this brand uses purely plant derived E471.

The airbrush colours used contain ethanol and the thickener hydroxypropyl cellulose E463. The colours used in the range include: titanium dioxide E171, riboflavin E101, carmoisine E120, E132, brilliant blue E133, E172, E160a, E132, E153.


Storage

The roses should be stored in a dry container away from light and moisture. It is recommended that any plastic packing materials are removed as soon as possible on receipt, to avoid condensation degrading the items. Do not put in fridge or freezer! It is recommended that they are used within 6 months of purchase.

Please be aware that over time, the cake toppers will dry very hard!
