Shipping
Typically most orders are shipped within one
business day. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded via
Paypal as soon as the item has been shipped on most orders. It is the
buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address was
provided during the checkout process. The
address cannot be changed after checkout. We are not responsible for any
incorrect or undeliverable addresses, shipping delays, or returns due to an
incorrect shipping address. Original shipping fees or any shipping expenses we
incur will not be refunded due to an incorrect shipping address.
Payment
PayPal payment preferred. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer
from your bank accounts. We only accept payment via U.S. PayPal accounts. Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now" or
upon checking out through the cart.
Returns
Your Satisfaction is Important! You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for
a refund or exchange. The buyer will get
a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping and handling fees
incurred by us to get the item to you. This includes items listed as “free
shipping”. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned
items must be sent in the original condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar
code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned and in resalable
condition. Open and used products are not eligible for returns. If the return
is a result of our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label. We will either
provide a full refund or send the correct item once the item sent in error is
returned to us in new and unused condition.
