Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Benjamin Manufacturing error. These Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All products must be returned complete with all accessories and instructions sheets (if applicable), in the original packaging and in sale-able condition.
A copy of the original invoice and reason for the return must accompany all returns.
Products MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Products CANNOT be returned after 30 days of purchase.
Used merchandise or equipment may not be returned for credit- Please verify you received what you had ordered before use!
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced in accordance to the manufacturer warranties.
