Shipping Payment Returns & Refunds Warranty Contact us

We normally dispatch goods within 3 business days only after payment has been received. Orders will be processed, and products will be packaged and shipped during business hours from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Australian public holidays are not included in business days. According to your locations, we will use Australia Post Parcel service or Courier Please service.
Free Postage does not include Heavy and Bulky items to WA, NT & TAS shipping addresses. Depending on your postcode you may incur a delivery surcharge. Postage for international deliveries will respectively differ based on different destinations and take longer.

Delivery Estimates
Delivering to the main capital cities takes up to 4-7 business days, e.g. Melbourne up to 4 business days, Tasmania up to 4-6 business days. All other interstate/regional/country areas will take longer than the respective capital metro estimated time. If any unexpected delays happened to your order, we will contact you to let you know. All shipping can be tracked online. After the order is dispatched, a track number will be provided to you.

We will not be responsible for the deliveries fail because of incorrect address provided, please ensure the spelling and postcode are correct. If it needs to be delivered again, postage and admin fee will be charged again.

Please make sure you use your User ID or Order# as the reference so we will know the payment comes from you.

Item can be returned for refund or exchange, excluding postage costs only if the item is not yet installed and unused, worn or damaged, without marks or scratches, must be in as near perfect condition as when received and kept in original packaging. Please don’t stick or write anything on the item or its packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping and the refund amount will be minus the shipping cost. If the item was sent with free shipping, a 15% postage fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
We will also happily offer exchange (not refunds) if:
Item is damaged on arrival;
There is a manufacturing fault with the item;
The wrong item in the box is sent to you.
We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help you to choose. When parts are purchased incorrectly, buyers will take responsibility for the return and replace shipping costs.

Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months or 25,000km from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.
The Warranty becomes null and void if the items was incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions. Warranties do not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation or installation by an unqualified person, misuse, improper care or lack of maintenance or using the item in a manner that it is not designed for.
Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.

Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by us. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between our Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
