The Classic Series Frame tent is a tent which utilizes a simple frame to support the tent top, maximizing the usable space available underneath the tent. All Classic Series Frame tents use West Coast Style frames and fittings, making them interchangeable with all other frames and fittings in this style. Frame tents need to be staked to the ground or otherwise anchored for maximum stability.

Flame Retardancy


Fabrics used in its tent products are flame resistant. All of our tent, canopy, structure, and shelter products display a "Tent Identification and Warning" label certifying that it has been made of a flame resistant material. REMEMBER: Celina fabric products are certified flame resistant or non-flammable, NOT FIREPROOF. Open flames should never be used under any tent, canopy, structure, or shelter.


Celina fabrics are inherently flame resistant or meet a fire rating. Tent fabrics meet or exceed one or more of the following flammability specifications:

Warranty


We guarantee this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship 1 year from the date of purchase. Defects are limited to any defect which is a result of the manufacturing process. Excluded are holes, punctures, or other damages which can be caused during normal installation of a tent whenever proper procedures are not followed. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to instructions, repairs or alterations by anyone other than us, or forces of nature. We're not responsible for methods that installers may choose to erect and secure the tent to the ground. Our responsibility is limited to the manufacture of the tent parts and materials. 

Shipping

1. We do NOT ship to PO Box. Please provide us your physical shipping address.

2. All orders will ship from our distribution center located in Ohio.

3. We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays. All orders placed on weekend/holiday will ship out the next business day. 

4. All interested buyers outside the U.S. will be required to provide freight forwarder US shipping address.

5. It's important to ask in advance if you will require lift-gate delivery as most trucks are not equipped with a lift-gate. Carriers are not obligated to provide trucks with lift gates when trucks or operators are not available.

Receiving a Shipment


1. We do not own or operate any trucks or shipping service, we do not have any control over the company’s driving skills or exact delivery times.  Our responsibility ends at the point items are loaded in the truck. Therefore, we are not liable for freight claims but we will assist through the claim process. 

2. We have attached caution and warning labels to the packages to remind customers to thoroughly inspect it before signing the delivery receipt. 

3. The customer should be available to sign for the shipment of the delivery. 

4. If you determine that your shipment has been mishandled in transit, you should note all damaged and missing materials on the delivery receipt. Notify us within 7 days of the shipment’s delivery. We will require pictures of the damaged items for confirmation.
