30 Volt fresh recent manufacture composite Lithium Battery.
Have discontinued the Alkaline Battery. The cost/time of manufacturing
a Lithium composite battery is just a hair more. The lithium battery
store's much more energy versus an Alkaline.
There is no Relaxation effect with a Lithium Battery
"Due to the relaxation effect of an alkaline battery. You need to delay 10 seconds for the battery to stabilize. Then it is stable."
When in a rush. One might forget. The readings will then be inaccurate.
The manufacturer of the Lithium elements of this composite battery. "Panasonic" states 10 year shelf life.
With no risk of leakage like an alkaline.
Lithium by weight and volume holds a bigger charge than an alkaline battery.
Around Jan 5th. 18. Got around to stripping parts off several 1992-1993 Apple 186
computers. AC Fans standoffs etc. I checked the lithium batteries. They were
still holding a usable charge !!!! whoa !
Honestly I could not figure out how to cram 3- 9 volt batteries
into the case of a Triplet 630, 630 NA, 630 PLK etc. .
.
So I came up with this. Red "positive" from the battery is soldered to
to the 30 Volt + terminal on the Battery compartment.
Negative black is soldered to the negative terminal of the 30v battery compartment.
.
Behind each battery post is a solder connection already. The leads on this battery are pre-tinned
for your convenience.
If you are using these Meters. I'm Assuming you know how to solder ?
Do not buy this if you think it is Plug & Play. Do not buy this if you
think it is something other than a 30 volt battery. DO NOT BUY
this if YOU think it is an OEM Fitment.
Yes I have to say this. Unfortunately. Been selling kits for awhile.
Every two months I still get amazed by another buyer.
You re-charge at your own risk. Not recommended. Shelf Life is at least 10 years.
This battery is sold as A single use battery. Improperly charging a Lithium Primary Battery
will result in KABOOM. Capish ?
My feeling is the current draw is not much on these meters.
The little fellow will last a very long time.
19.95 x 2 15v Alkaline + shipping was not a
viable option.
29.95 Free Ship Alkaline 30v ? Shoosh I paid $10.00 + 12.95
shipping for the Meter !
Still cannot figure out how to cram 3 x 9 volt
batteries in the case. Somebody said it was on Utub.
You get
1 x 30v Lithium Composite battery with a red positive lead & negative lead
black tinned.
2 x piece of Velcro on Battery. You put the other pieces into the
battery compartment of your meter.
The D battery fits snug above the 30v just like if it was the original 30v.
Using the supplied Velcro helps.
The tinned + - leads are long enough.
I am not quit-ing my day job !
If it works for you this battery . Some positive feedback please.
THIS IS NOT AN OEM FIT BATTERY But works well for the money !
This Battery will work in these listed devices & any device requiring a 30v battery.
REMEMBER...You will have to solder. NOT OEM FITMENT.

OEM fitment like the originals. A bit of soldering is required. Use of provided Velcro.
However: It is a Superior Battery for the Money compared to the original OEM
or Alkaline battery.
