Shipping Policy

All item in stock. The products leave my studio carefully and thoughtfully wrapped within 2-5 working days after payment. (Make sure the plants dry enough) The parcel will be shipped by Thailand Post with the tracking number every order. The orders are sent to the address provided on eBay receipt, if you'd like to post to a different address, please contact us.

            ***We are not responsible if the buyer does not receive items in case Incorrect Address or/ No Authorized Recipient Available***

Domestic Shipping: Shipping cost $3 for 1 shipment with EMS  

International Shipping: Discount shipping fee for combine package, shipping cost depends on the weight of the plants.

     - Airmail    It usually takes about 10-30 working days for item delivery.

     - EMS        It usually takes about  3-7 working days. Please contact us for shipping cost before end action 

                     (FYI) Airmail presentment for shipping the number of days approximately

                         1  Week  - Asian, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong
                                2-3  Weeks - United States, United Kingdom, Australia
                               3-4  Weeks - Other countries: Europe
                               3-6  Weeks - Italy, India, Brazil Occasionally maybe take6 Weeks for Island country group.

If you want the document to attach to the packaged, Fees are as follows:
                1. Phytosanitary certificate =  $10usd  (per 1 Shipment)
                2. Phytosanitary certificate+Cites permit = $15usd (per 1 Shipment)

                   Remark
                      A. Some plants are not allowed for the document such as cactus, succulent, cycad, orchid etc.
                      B. Europe countries (EU) cannot take the document for some species; you must know a risk to delivery between EU countries, which has a risk to confiscate by Customs of your country. (Please contact us for more information)

 

Sale Tax

           Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Usually, there is No Customs Duty Tax to pay. 

Return and refund policy

Refund or Exchange may be applied provided the conditions listed in our Return and Exchange policy are met. All returns will be examined to determine the cause of the problem. If it is our problem we will replace the item free of charge and also reimburse you for your shipping the product to us. However, if it is not our responsibility, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. You cannot return, replace, and claim a lost shipment.

Accept returns the items some items/species, only in case of attachment with document of Phytosanitary certificate and need to send picture of items within 12Hours,

Guarantee

Damaged or defective we will send the replacement item/refund (please contact us within 12Hours after delivered) If it is our problem we will replace the item free of charge and also reimburse you for your shipping the product to us. However, if it is not our responsibility, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund

Our store is caused by plant lovers. We have nursery not too big that's opened in Thailand.  We plan to expand to open the international market next few year. So we didn't have much experience for the overseas market. However, we sell products which focus on quality and practicality.
