The following is the procedures to start your new service
1. Buy the sim card in this listing
2. We will ship the sim card (not activated and unfunded) to your shipping address
3. VERY IMPORTANT! You MUST contact us through eBay message for activation. If you activate SIM other than us, we will NOT issue you a refund
4. After you receive the sim card, please send eBay message to me with the following info
- SIM Card number you received
- For new number, zip code of the new number you request
- For port in from a different carrier, the existing number, account number, PIN/Password, name and address of the old carrier
- Optional (If you want me give this info to Ultra Mobile): First and last name and email
- Your SIM card will be up and running within 24 hours. (*Transfer number may take longer time)
5. You can refill after 30 days at lycamobile.us or dial 612 on your mobile phone
6. For the 2nd month, feel free to change to ANY plan you want from as low as $19 to up to $59 per month by calling 612 or 1-866-277-3221
